I thought I no longer owned this recipe, but after a little searching, I found it.
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa (the real stuff)
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
3/4 cup Wesson oil (That's the brand mentioned. Use what you like)
2 tsp. vanilla
Sift dry ingredients into an ungreased rectangular cake pan (the same pan you bake in). Mix in liquid ingredients with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Annie adds crumbled up Oreo's to the mix, drained canned cherries and a Moca cream cheese frosting.
Yummmm
sounds yummy. how do you make mocha cream cheese frosting?
We wanted to make a correction to our first post: the recipe we found stated "loaf pan" and none of us have ever used a loaf pan, but rather a rectangular cake pan.
